Declaration

1. I shall present, at registration, an up to date measurement certificate for the boat I shall sail.

2. I agree to be bound by the “rules” as defined by the Racing Rules of Sailing 2005/2008 and by all other rules that govern this event.

3. My boat is adequately covered by insurance for competitive sailing and third party risks – minimum €1,000,000, or I shall purchase insurance at the event (expected to be ~€60)

4. I shall comply with the safety equipment rules as outlined by the International Flying Fifteen Class Association and I shall follow the instructions of the Event Safety Officer and his assistants.

I acknowledge and agree that:

1. Competitors sail entirely at their own risk.  The Reial Club Nàutic Port de Pollença, their race officers, committee, organisers, and sponsors disclaim liability in the event of any claim for accident or mishap.

2. In the event of races being held in heavy weather, it is the sole responsibility of each helm/owner and crew whether to sail, or not, in every case.
